Dear friends,
I have not really been here for a long time. Seems I have been publishing reflex posts. Life has been hectic. This weekend I am packing my bags again. It isn't so much that I have neglected what I love to do but there are more important things than painting and drawing. I have not painted, drawn, squiggled or doodled in months. Surprisingly, I don't miss those activities. Maybe I will try a little acorn now and then. My rhinos are waiting, but I must once again prioritize and focus on what is more important. Ah, life! Thank you for your visits. I read your comments and messages. I appreciate them wholeheartedly, and no, I am not ignoring them. I shall reply and I shall return. God bless you and your loved ones.

This is one of my favorite paintings Ces. When life gets busy, the day to day things take over and there is no time to miss the things we normally love to do. I know this well myself. I finished a book project, took a few days off then immediately jumped into getting ready for school to start. It's amazing how much there is to do before the first day. (((HUGS)))
