Aside from your commentary . . .I love this mushroom/toadstool study. And reversed out, too . . .Seems to fit your theme!Oh well!
Ces, this morning I had yet not lost all hope. Until, that is--UNTIL--a clerk in Publix (grocery store) AND a motorcycle salesman, now listen: I tried to get each to comment on the Supreme Court decision. You already know what I'm going to write: NEITHER OF THEM HAD ANY NOTION OF WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. What do you do with crap like that. apathy, laziness, "let congress do it, that's why we pay them, etc., etc" OH MY GAWD, Ces, where to go?As you might note, that little of hope has flown out the window.. I want to climb into bed and hide. But I KNOW--it's the young who will suffer most, because we ARE in a snowballing eon of Liberalism, no, communism, maybe more like Naziism in time to come. OR, we shall all become Muslims-by mandate, or Presidential Decree. I've said enough, my heart is beating fast. I just posted a blog, but was to angry to address this. It was something of a lie--like not being bothered by anything, etc., etc. Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. How can I write, day after day...PEACE!Steve
The design is just awesome in your drawing...and the working of shadows, amazing artist you are, girl!Thank you.
Love love love your fungi family!
Oh Ces! My Cesalicious! Again, only you say what most conservatives are thinking. I would like to know how I am going to afford this insurance for myself or the tax to pay for it. I had to cancel my own private insurance after Gary's diagnosis so I could afford to keep HIM alive. Once he is no longer able to work, he will have no insurance other than Medicare provided for the terminally ill. Somehow, I do not think our cancer research clinic is going to be okay with accepting Medicare as payment in full. So there will go his chance at clinical trials to try to live a little bit longer. But oh so happy to say that here in Arizona, our illegal immigrants get full state coverage and are even able to receive heart transplants. Sorry, home late from working with preschoolers, trying to make a positive difference in this wonderful world God gave us. Too tired, but happy to have such a rewarding job. You and me, we see eye to eye on quite a few things...**exhausted smile** Deb
Your morels are making me salivate. :)
Thank you very much for your visits aNd comments. I am so disheartened by what is happening. I am not even concerned for myself, but for my children. This lawless administration has robbed us of our freedom and liberty. I shall not lose courage for the sake of my children and their future generation. We have enslaved ourselves to big government and a socialist regime and the liberals are more than willing to pawn our future for a misguided and unrealistic idea of utopia. So disheartening. I hope we kick out the thug out of the White House.
Love the reversed images Ces, the white gives it a whole new feeling. My heart sunk and my stomach ached when I heard of the Supreme Court's Decision. I do hope that those who are playing the game know what they are doing, because what I see is a loss of freedom and an ignorance of, or denial of, the founding principals of our government. I do hope that it plays out well.
