NYC Skywatch

I always thought that the Gulf Coast had the most beautiful and majestic skies especially before the arrival of a hurricane, but a few days ago, NYC gave me a glimpse of the beautiful cloud formations that dampened our walks with rain and drizzle. My SIL focused on photographing buildings and scenes. I kept looking at the clouds. I wonder if this caused the pinched nerve on my neck.

You're in New York? Oh I'd love to visit there. Clare loved it. . expensive but still managed to buy up big. I want to go and buy a really heavy cosy winter coat, ride a horse around Central Park and have my photo taken with a Policeman. . .gorgeous pics and do tell what on earth you're doing there . .I thought you had nine days of 'project' to complete! Very green right now . .with envy that is!

Hi Marie, thanks. we are having a great time!

Baino dear, my project starts this weekend and I will have the vampyre shift. I am here to celebrate my birthday with my Gemini twin sister and for my annual mother-daughter NYC trek.

So great to see your eye view of NY,that's the nicest view of the Emire State building I have seen in a long, long time. How high up were you to get the eagle's eye view of Central Park? Great shots.

Renee! My sister is really wonderful and wants to make sure we are having a great time.

Hello dear Arija, these photographs were taken at the Rockefeller Center rooftop.

Just rest from it for awhile Ces. You don't have to keep it up unless you feel like it.

Maybe you just need a break, I know your heart is heavy. Just take a little break, don't even look at it anymore until you get home. Give yourself time away from it.

Love renee xoxo

**Swoons** Love the photo of Central Park. Is that the Brooklyn Bridge? Thank you for posting these lovely photos, Ces! What happened to your post with the photos of you and your lovely sister? Sending you a neck rub so you may continue to enjoy your adventure. Love, Deborah

Gad, I love New York. I'd love to live there for a year so I could explore every nook and cranny. (What is a cranny, btw?) What magnificent skies...and even more magnificent buildings.

Oh, please have the most wonderful time imaginable and I think you should pop into a parlor (see my 'merican spelling!) for a massage to get your neck in shape again for more sky-gazing.

PS When we spent two weeks in NY a year ago, I felt like I was living inside a movie every single day. It was just absolutely, positively WOWZA in every possibly way.

Deborah, spoken like a true mental ninja!

Tessa, a cranny is where you get mugged, so stay away from a cranny or you will end up the next day feeling like a granny.

I'm so glad you are enjoying your stay in NYC. The photos are magnificent. The photo of the Statue of Liberty if my favourite.
